I thought I might add a little context to the quote and I why I shared it with Jackie. It made me think about the work of our team (there is no one else doing quite what we do). It also made me think about the type of work that I like to do and why....which brings me back to my first point. Lastly, ever since we came together as a team I've wondered what qualities Jackie saw in each of us that made her choose us as well as "the combination of us". While we are diverse I think this quote describes something that is common to all of us and to who we are.
