A great leader is.....?

As many of our new partners are asking 'What makes a great leader', I thought we could ask ourselves the same question. So, my question to the group: "What 3 words come to mind when you think of a leader you want to emulate?" I'll start......courageous, unique and creative. Who's next??

    Courageous, compassionate, and visionary (this would have been better if I could find a word beginning with "c" for visionary but I couldn't come up with one -- help me out...then I would flip the order too.. could start out with a vision the courage to face it and lead, and have compassion as you try to achieve it through yourself and others)
